I need help w these - I'm not sure what the correct tail light trim screws are. My green blazer screws differ from those on my GMC. Anyone have pics or details regarding these tail light bezel trim screws?

The screw and ferrule on the right in Post #49 just came out of an original paint Arizona truck.

No man should be allowed to possess that many screws and ferrules.

Sweet collection of screws and ferrules...those screws, when in good shape, are very sharp too and don’t walk when installing.

You know when you have a problem when your buddies ask if you're "painting screws" on a Friday night? Yeah that's actually a catch phrase around here.

These tiny rubber O-rings/gaskets were used as seals between the clips and doors for 72 door panels. Here's one sill in place:

Yes - believe it or not GM had a horn button gasket for 69-72 and it's even shown in a diagram buried somewhere in the assembly manual. The one shown was in place on my blue blazer and looks to be original.

Had a little time here to "screw" around and take some measurements of the tail lamp bezel ferrules and screws for scientific purposes Measured a known #10 and it was a match to the bezel screw as far as thread and diameter. Here are some pics of the measurements. Hope this helps

Re: Let's play name that part, bolt, harness, screw....

Thanks a bunch Curt. Those measurements are perfect. I found some ferrules on Ebay, shown for old Corvettes. They appear to be the same and weren't expensive. The guy says the ID are 3/16ish (e.g., #10). I'll update if it turns out they're a match.
