MN 1991 5 speed manual transmission w/overdrive

1991 5 speed manual transmission, from 2 wheel drive extended cab C1500.
Appears to be a New Venture Gear NVG5LM60.
Includes flywheel/clutch assy., 2 piece driveshaft, shifter, and master/slave cylinder.
$300 is the price.
I will ship it, but I would guess it is not cheap...

Chris, I'm interested in the trans and stuff. But I will have to see what kind of a deal we can work up. I would pick it up in person, it getting time to take a trip again. If someone comes along before we can strike up some type of deal go ahead and sell it.

hey I was wondering how long is that trans from the bellhousing to block flange/motor side, to the end of the trans where the yoke goes in, in other words overall trans length including the bellhousing?

Also how long is that driveshaft when both pieces are together?

So spatz, I dont know what kind of deal you have in mind, but I hope it has something to do with paying me lots of money and picking up the transmission tomorrow?

Total trans length, face of bellhousing to tip of output shaft = 29.75"
Face of trans to mounting bolt = 26.0"

Driveshaft: 3 pieces measured to center of u-joint shafts
yoke = 6.75" (4.25" slips inside transmission)
front shaft = 39.0"
rear shaft = 44.5"
From front shaft to rear shaft is a slip yoke, with at least 2.5" of safe travel available.

sure does I had heard the trans was the same as a short tail th350 and it is.

no sorry, besides that I thought the other guy wanted it. it would not work for me anyways, being an 84 or an 88 4x4.

i dont know if you have or would sell this piece seperate, but do you have the rod that goes into the back of the master cylinder?
