Pretty much any one of the old truck vendors offers at least one kit to do this on the front. You can choose either 6-lug or 5-lug. The kit is basically the same for '41 through '59.

You need to also convert to dual master at the same time and generally you'll need to replumb at least part of your brake system to make it work.

You can buy complete kits or just the brackets and put it together with parts locally purchased. Most of the kits are for 15" wheels minumum

Most of the kits that keep the stock spindles use Camaro/Chevelle or G-body rotors. You can buy the calipers and mounting plates separately. The difficulty with these trucks is that there is no stock inner bearing which fits the spindles. That's why the kits come with special bearings and spacers. Alternatively, you can machine the spindles and then use the common (and cheap) S-6 inner bearing sets.

If you want to run the larger (12 inch) rotors, I am pretty sure you will need aftermarket spindles.
