Looks to be unmolested. 79 4x4 $2000. Could be a winner.

Re: Post your square C/L finds!

In California, all vehicles have to be smog checked and can't be modified on the fuel system. Back several years ago, diesels were exempt. I was down at the big speed shop, P.A.W. and there was a RATTY old Chevy truck with 6.2 diesel emblems on the fender. It looked really tired. The thing that drew my attention was that it had very nice rims and tires.
i looked under the back end for any clues.
It had a Halibrand quick-change differential. I could only imagine what it had under the hood. Being a diesel, it didn't have to go through smog check.

Re: Post your square C/L finds!

I am guessing these are hard to find.
This is the shorter style .1979-80
THIS ONE GOES FROM TAILGATE TO FRONT SEATS NOT TO WINDSHIELD this one has fixed side windows not sliders . Good shape needs paint

Re: Post your square C/L finds!

78 Blazer 350 auto complete runner for a reasonable price $2300. No mention of the demon rust but at this price you could fix a lot and be OK.

Re: Post your square C/L finds!

74 4x4 4 speed. Looks like a good donor for a conversion as it is claimed to have rust. But for $800?
