Its a gm3. Get a Pyro and gauge and don't turn the fuel up alot with that Turbo. The exhuast housing is restrictive and your egt's will sky rocket.

I like the hood. It will give it the old skool rat rod effect. Can't wait to see it dropped and on the coys.

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

I do want a new turbo preferably, but probably going to have to buy a used one...really depends on what kind of money I can come up with at the time...right now, the money tree is losing leaves left and right and almost bare...almost...lol

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

Well Josh has come and gone. Was good meeting him today. I don't think he liked my pet ants and crickets though lol. Here's a pic of the coys on the truck. I gotta get some locking lugs and do something about the front center caps. Don't mind the high grass, ants, and crickets lmao. I can't wait til next weekend when I can get a chance to drop this thing on it's ass.

Here's a pic of the crewcab on it's way to it's new home.

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

Next weekend Dennis next weekend. I cannot wait lol. I may slip it in tomorrow but probably gonna have to wait.

Also I went to the cruise-in tonight and everyone liked it and my plans for it.

I've been thinking about the interior and I think I'm gonna do the interior in a brownish orangish leather. Sorta like a rust color. Lol I'm trying to get rid of the rust on the outside and putting it back inside.

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

Cool!
You ought to get so pretty decent mileage with that size rear tire. Can you tell any difference in acceleration or stopping with the new shoes?

Re: Streetrod Farm Truck build..."the Diesel"

Joe, not really much of a difference. It definitely has tightened up my steering some though. Also, I thought the ride would get harsher and it hasn't at all actually. That's nice. They defintely get some looks. Noone has rims like these around here. There's only one other square that has anything done to it and it's a donk with 24s on it. Most everyone around here has classics and streetrods.

And thanks Bradley. It'll look lots better once it's got an altitude adjustment
