Can anyone post a pic of how the OEM battery clamps down?

I am finally nearing the end of my rebuild but I don't have a clue how the battery clamps down into the battery tray.

I'll be using OEM battery tray hardware, can someone hit me with a pic?

Thumbs up Re: Can anyone post a pic of how the OEM battery clamps down?

Battery sits in the tray and this piece bolts it into place on motor side. It fits the lower part of the battery side.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Here is the clamp installed on the battery. I thought the clamp went the other way (flipped) when I first put it in.

That's what I've got on both my trucks.

Wow those pics are great, thanks!

What a great way to hold a battery down..........much less in the way at the top.

Replaced the broken battery tray and now bolt doesn’t reach the nut on mine. Maybe it’s not the right bolt
