93 c3500 spindles/brakes to 70 c/30

I have a 1970 C/30 long stepside. I would like info on using 1993 spindles as I have a very clean 3500 with good parts right next to my 70. This is why I would like to use these as opposed to the 73-87 crossmember swap. I have seen 1/2 to3/4 for the 6 lug but not 1 ton to 1 ton. Any info is greatly appreciated.

If the lower BJ OD's are the same for the 70 C30 & the 93, just swapp the 93 spindles over & use the 93 upper BJ's on the 70's a-arms. If they're not the same size, you'll have to fab the lower BJ mount or use aftermarket arms set-up for the correct BJ. I'd hit your local auto parts place w/a caliper & measure the 2 different lower BJ's for a start.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Does anyone happen to have the specs on a 1 ton ball joint for a 1970 C/30? Mainly the out side dia. where the balljoint is pressed into the control arm. My local parts stores do not stock them. Once I order it it's mine. I don't want to start a balljoint collection if possible.
