I have seen then on TV before but never in person.Kind of gives new meaning to blast from the past.

English field marshal tractor. that was the optional starter for it most guys don't use it as its obviously a bit bad for the motor if not done correctly. they are special shells with a specific lets call it bang to them. I would love to have one.

I can tell you how NOT to start your tractor!
I have a tractor and a backhoe.
Once,I was working on the spillway at my pond.
I had just dumped a load of dirt with the tractor and dump trailer.
Then,with the backhoe, I was pulling the rest of the dirt from the dump trailer.
I decided to give the tractor a little push out of my way.
It started up and left!
So,I chased it across the field and finally caught it and stopped it.
Won't ever do that again!
