Post boiling fuel

Ran a new fuel line the other day in front of the 355 because i thought it ran too close to the headers, but after i shut the truck off i can still see the fuel boiling in the clear fuel filter. Thinking this might be part of my hesitation (seems like i've tried about everything else).

Does anyone else have this problem?

What could i do to solve this besides the old racing cooler trick? insulate the line?

Honestly, I have not seen a truck yet that doesn't suffer from vapor lock.
Mine looks like it'll be a problem this year. It's been in the 70's this week, and she's chokin, stumbling, and even stalling.

Try insulating the line, it may not stop the vapor lock, but it'll at least help....my old 68 vapor locked today...looked pretty stupid trying to get it started in front of the gas station as 3 hot girls walked by...grrrrr

I believe I also have this problem. How much of a concern is it? What is the worst that can happen? Do you guys just live with it?

When I first installed my 350 I bent up a new line from the pump to the edelbrock carb,,ran it nice and close (within 1") to the block, heads and intake,,took my time,,,looked purty,,,well the next thing I know I'm experiencing vaper lock/boiling. I bent up a new one and left a good 2" clearance and it hasn't happened since 1995. Give the fuel line plenty of clearance from hot spots and you should be fine.
