Re: Hello Chevy Trucks!

You are more than welcome.

I used to own 10 acres on Mt. Blanca in the trees.
My wife an i lived there for 3 years.

My favorite place in the entire US is just outside of Aztec, NM.
It is the only place i have ever been, that i actually felt one with the land.

Re: Hello Chevy Trucks!

Thanks again. I've had so many requests for a pic of the truck but couldn't get in.

I paid on a 12 acre piece of land in the Zuni Mts West of Grants and South of Gallup - sort of near Mt Blanca. It's all pretty remote out there. I paid on the land for ten years then lived there for 1 1/2 years and finally got too lonesome for the world. Beautiful place. From my place here in Taos I can see 140 miles to the White Mountains in Colorado. rolling sage. : )

Re: Hello Chevy Trucks!

You have it pretty good if you can make a living and live near Taos.
No doubt about it.

Re: Hello Chevy Trucks!

Being old has it's advantages. I bought some land cheap 16 years ago and am am slowly building a cottage. Nice views. It's like living in Siberia with a grocery store 30 mins away.

Re: Hello Chevy Trucks!

Actually, Taos is only about 85 miles to Blanca.

The Red River Motorcycle Rally is one of the best i have ever been too. I would love to be able to go to RRMCR every August.
