Re: Removing Old Undercoating
For years, lots of them I have used a propane torch and a puddy knife. Saw some spray on stuff at Summit a while back but have not tried it.

Re: Removing Old Undercoating
Try some kerosene, spray it on if you can..( Windex spray bottle) Wait 10 min, it should soften it up. Also Gunk engine degreaser Gel.

I know I have simply scraped it off everything I have ever removed it from. Nothing is ever sanded when it's applied so the adhesion isn't very good. Brian

Re: Removing Old Undercoating
I removed the old undercoating from my wheel weels with gasoline. Had the wells out, turned them over and placed gas soaked rags in them. The coating softened up in about ten minutes, came off easily.
