Truck sitting uneven

Been chasing this one all summer.

History of truck, was a $1800 farm truck, 1970 2wd C10 longbed. Nothing fancy, 307, th350.
Have done a bunch of work, shortened frame, bed, to short bed. Rear end gears,, lowered, 327, and now a 412. Cab corners, rockers. Poly body mounts, shocks, front disk conversion, etc.. alot of past 3 yrs.

Was lowered bu cutting one coil, gave me about 2.5" and rear springs 4".
Was sitting level.

My issue since the spring, the front left sits an inch higher, and right rear sits low an inch lower.
Had changed to front disk and poly body mounts then the stance changed. Have checked shocks, changed front springs, rear springs still measure equal. Pulled panhard bar, thought it was loaded up on one side.
Loosened all body mounts, and retighted, thought it was in a bind.

Any ideas of what to check next?

Kinda running out of ideas.

Thanks

Re: Truck sitting uneven

make sure the spring pigtails are seated in the lower control arm and upper pocket correctly. this is a common cause for the infamous "chevy lean"

Re: Truck sitting uneven

After I lowered it, my truck was 1" low on the front left and 1" high in the right rear.
I installed a 3/16" aluminum lowering shim in the right rear corner. It sets perfectly even now.
