Crazy Ebay finds

Didnt know where to post this but figured since it was 4x4 this would be a good place. Is it just me or are some people asking a little much for their rides?

Yep, not sure about that one! Look at the exhaust, the ABS controller, brake booster, the frame has fresh paint... and how do you wear out the driver's arm rest that bad in 30,000 miles. Plus the fuel lines & brake lines are replaced (why?) I also love how it states it spent it's whole life on the "salt- free roads of Maryland" (see link below) but it has a current PA inspection & it's for sale in Michigan. Gotta call BS.

That seller is in La La Land.......... Ha Ha !

My brother had that same surburban with 800K miles on it . He just moved to another state and instead of hauling it to his new place, he gave it away to some charity

Re: Crazy Ebay finds

Maryland's roads actually are salt free............. April-November and if lucky March-December.

I have a white '95 Suburban that never saw salt until January '15. I went to Georgia to get that. It also had low miles, but a I paid less than 10% what this seller is asking.

Even if the 'Burb was all that is claimed...... $38K?????????????? Uh, maybe in another 20 years.

Re: Crazy Ebay finds

Those Street Rods in the $50k range aren't so out of line. I mean if a 60s-70s pickup can go for that after extensive 100% build why not the mack daddies of the hobby that are decades older and harder to find? But a GMT400 Suburban? Not in my lifetime. Looks like a museum that sells cars to me.
