In all honesty though it is a very good looking truck and the wheels and choice of caps just flow right on it

Re: Put the Steelies on Today

Yes, those are the wheels I bought from you. You were reasonable on your price and helped out with the shipping. I actually bought them to put on the Blazer but they wouldn't fit due to disk brakes. I was trying to resell them for awhile and then decided to get them blasted and use them on the 70. Guess that's where they belonged from the beginning and that makes me happy.

This is one of my old posts. I am trying to see if I have a process of fixing blocked photobucket photos

Re: Put the Steelies on Today

Does anyone have a good source for some 15x8" 6 lug steels? or know what they would have come off of?? I have the factory 15x6" now and would love to throw some 8" wide wheels on the rear.

Re: Put the Steelies on Today

I don't own the truck anymore - I sold it to member dreuter several years ago. I was just trying to find a way to fix my blocked photobucket pictures. I followed Warrens65GMC's advice and downloaded the chrome extension, which was a lot easier than what I was doing. Dan (dreuter) has made the truck even nicer. Small lift better steelies etc. I still get to see it a couple times a year when he brings it to shows. Wish I could have kept it and several other classics I have owned. but a have a finite limit that is closely monitored by my wife of 42 years - 3 ( I actually have 4 right now - haha).
