Ground wire located under seat and in front of gas tank

Does anyone know what the ground wire that is located underneath the seat and in front of the gas tank connects to? Thanks

If it is tan, it is the fuel tank sending unit wire. Black end that fastens to a pin on top of sending unit. Measures ohms from sending unit that makes fuel gauge work.
