Poll: Which engine powers your 67-72?

Just think it may be a cool poll. We are seeing quite a few LS swaps and am wondering about the numbers

Factory original 350, with 4 bolt mains. I think those were standard for trucks

Re: Poll: Which engine powers your 67-72?

So many sbc's ...., build a 292 with all the goodies .

Whatever you use save that engine you pulled even the 250 has gained value in a very short time .

LS1/4l60e in the '67 Panel Truck.
250 I6/S-10 5 speed OD in the Green '67 (soon to be a 292)
327/TH400 in the '68 CST/Custom Camper
350/NV4500 5 speed OD in the '72 Dually
350/TH350 in the '70 Longhorn 4x4
305/700r4 in the '70 SWB Fleetside
8.1 496/Allison 6 speed automatic is going in the '67 Dually ( only one not running at this time)

You have to have a variation in driving experiences....

Boog, that's just school to us and we already graduated. People who call it old school are new school. Now we teach the young...if they'll let us

I guess diesel swaps get mixed in with the last option on the list
