Mathew21 = A good-guy!

Just wanted to say Mathew21 has been a great guy to deal with during a transaction that unfortunately, didn't go as we intended.

I purchased a steering wheel from him & feel communication was spot-on. I received the wheel (it was packaged well & I knew when to expect it) so I let him know I was satisfied. Upon further inspection, the wheel seemed tweaked. I waited a couple of days to allowing comparing the wheel to a similar wheel on my old 90 & sure enough, the wheel was bent (yet it looked fine @ a glance).

I reached out to Matt & he apologized that it was damaged. He asked how I would like to proceed & offered to source another for me. This worked for me but he went ahead & refunded my money in the interim so there wouldn't be any hard feelings (there wasn't LoL).

Throughout the whole scenario, he maintained excellent contact which made everything very easy to deal with. I'm hoping he finds another wheel for me during his searches because I'll definitely do business w/him again.

Thanks Matt for being another great board asset!

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

It’s good to see more people using the feedback forum, especially when it’s hearing about good dealings.
