Got the bed off, shes in very good shape, hope its an easy restoration! This is my first truck restoration, I restored this bike last winter!

Ok, finally got some pics uploaded.Got the bed off, Im ready to start cutting and fitting cab corners,rockers,floor pans and supports....

Im removing the seat and mats tomorrow.This will be the third set of rocker panels, I can see that the set thats on now are aftermarket and were screwed into place. Everything gets welded this time and backing plates installed as well. This is a pic of a 1956 Siegler Oil Heater, I picked it up at a flea market for $35! It costs $40 a week to heat with it!
