some pics of my 69 GMC SB

Im new to trucks and bought this one because liked the way it looked. it needs all new cab mounts, both floors under seats need replaced and it has a pair of outer rockers just rivited in place. no power sterring or brakes. its basically a 20 foot truck( looks good from 20 feet away) i paid 2500.00 for it. is this a good deal??? i thought it was at first but now that ive had a chance to look it over im kinda second guessing myself. either way its gonna be a project

That is what i paid for mine, with the same rust but mine also has it above the windshield . Overall, looks like a pretty good deal for how clean it is

Looks pretty good to me. The rust sounds like it is in places that should be fairly easy to fix.

BTW my truck is only shiny right after a rain!

I think I saw that truck for sale at the shell station not to long ago. It's kinda hard to find a nice 67-72 around here. I've seen a 72 longhorn for sale for 4000.00 in the paper, it looks ok from the picture.

I like your truck and welcome. I served 6 years at Ft Richardson myself.
