I know we all have them but read this,my pain in the butt neighbor who has called building in zoning on about eveyone on each corner has a new theory! I pulled a 72 lwb up to my shop last Tues. and striped it down to nothing and hauled off the remains Fri. Today my neighbor walks up to the fence and calls me over to see what he has in this 5 gallon bucket,well it's a copperhead that he ran over with his lawnmower,and he says it came out of that old truck I brought over to my shop last week.hint.hint! Well I guess thats his new tatic against me bringing trucks to the house. Man this guy is a real basket case,if I bring trucks home they have snakes and mice in them and if I take stuff to the Truck Shack other make off with my parts,man between the crooks and my nasty neighbor I dont have a chance!

At a point like that I would look at him and probably give him a smarta$s comment like "you going to cry about it". Even though he is your niehgbor you dont need to deal with his sht and it's not like you throwing parts around on his yard or grabbing the roddents you find and letting them go directly on his yard.......well maybe now you should.

I think it's time you get direct with him. if he doesnt want to listen then just get gangster on him and tell him to buzz off.

People only get that way when things in their life are either messed up and its falling apart. Was he sitting outside watching until finally he saw the snake leave your truck? For all he knows maybe it came from his house..... If it was me, I'd say "Just b/c you have problems don't take them out on me, maybe you should deal with those first and then worry about my snakes. But obviously you have a hard time doing that!!!"

maybe the guy should mow his lawn more often, if it was too high to see a snake then you should report him for not taking proper care of his yard.
hell, in california the damn tree huggers would nail him to a cross for murdering an "endangered species" lol. believe it or not, the law here says you need a fishing license to kill a rattlesnake

i went to the local bait shop and asked for their best rattlesnake bait and the guy behind the counter looked at me like i was nuts.

Theres a right way to approach people and a wrong way.He definitely picked the wrong way.thats too bad, you going to have to deal with guy for awhile. You try to ablige them, then they try to run your life, you say screw em and do your own thing and they find ways to make your life that much more harder.Thats why my next place will be outta the city limits. Well first of all it's been raining so much around here that all the holes that the snakes go in are full of water and thats why the snakes are out. Besides this guy is so MAD with life he had a fight with his own brother 30 years ago about a cow and to this day he doesnt speak to him or any of the rest of the family,heck when his mother passed away last year he would'nt go to the funeral home because of the family being on his brothers side about the deal with the cow,that come to find out he was wrong about what happend with the cow anyway. Man that was a mouth full.lol
This guy is just mad at the world!!!!!!

We have a guy that bought a house on the golf course and he calls the cops everytime a golfer goes in his yard to get their ball. We had to go to court against him for fighting and criminal damage to our trees and he lost and was sent to correction facilty for four years and he's out now and doing the same thing. They must be related!

He isn't the one with the big dog is he, that dog just about made me run to the truck!!!! Neighbors are funny got good ones, some I know and some I don't want to know. I'm waitin' for someone to complane about me paintin' on my truck. I guess when you fire up the air compressor at 7am on a holiday you might deserve it !!!!!!!!! Hang in there bro!!!!!!

If only I had the time to keep tabs on my neighbors...cripes. I don't have my own house yet, but dammit, when I finally do, it's gonna be in the crack of nowhere, where I can have 50 parts cars in my yard, drink a beer and have a bonfire, then sight in the rifle in the backyard (not for hunting, to take care of any neighbors that might want to complain!!!)
