Poly leaf spring bushings

I ordered what I thought were the correct bushings for my leaf springs. Energy suspension 3.2126R. After installing them I found that they are too wide and won't allow the shackle to go back on.
Does anybody know the correct part number I need to order.
I have an 80 C10 SWB.
BTW, I was able to get the bushings in the leaf spring eyelets without removing the inner sleeve. Everywhere I've read says you have to remove it...that's why I figured I must have ordered the wrong ones.

Re: Poly leaf spring bushings

How much too wide are they? Bushings are often a tight fit.

That part number appears to be correct, did you verify that they sent you what you ordered?

Re: Poly leaf spring bushings

They have some odd stuff going on on their web site. They list 3 different size options for leaf spring bushings for 75+ C20, but none for my 73... so they certainly have some issues.

Looking at EnergySuspensionParts.com (which is a separate company), I see a few options they give for a 1980 C10, with diameters ranging from 1 3/8" to 1 3/4". The ones you have are 1 3/8". Since they don't have a ton of play (or you don't mention it), I suspect you need 1 1/2", part 3.2124. I wouldn't have expected a different width, though.

Re: Poly leaf spring bushings

They are about 1/16" too wide on each side. Got off the phone with Energy Suspension customer service and apparently I ordered the bushings for the shackles. Which BTW are the only bushings listed for leaf springs for my 80 C10.

Re: Poly leaf spring bushings

The rep said I needed to order 3.2108 which is the full set of bushings for the springs and shackles.
I told him I only need the set for the springs since I already ordered two sets (8 total bushings) of 3.2126 which I have no need for...I'm installing lowering shackles which already come with poly bushings. He said they only sell them like that.
