New Project

Hello Everyone,

I picked this K10 up a few days ago from a family friend that passed away. She is a 1967 K 10, 4 speed, Straight 6 (292) work truck that was in service her whole life. Beaten but solid, I changed the fuel filter and battery and drove her home. I have a 72 C 20 that I am restoring so I am not sure what to do with this old draft horse, but she is fun to drive. One of only 166 made that year she is a Unicorn indeed. I spent the weekend cleaning, fixing, and tinkering with her. 115k original miles

Mike

Re: New Project

Two schools of thought, stay with the stock pack mule or upgrade the drive train to a contemporary unit and go from there. Either way it would be fun. Here in AZ I am getting too old to drive non-ac trucks though.
