connector C100 and C153 pin labeled "Ignition 3 Voltage??

does anybody know what this circuit does?

my harness is from a 2001 GMC 5.3 and it has brown wires called "ignition 3 voltage" according to wiring charts, one was in C100 pin n and other C153 pin c.

traced wires out and it ends up on a small black 2 pin connector that i dont remember being hooked up. the other wire off the 2 pin connector seems to hook to a common ground splice.

can i just delete this whole circuit?

Front axle actuator circuit for turning 4wd on or something like that, at least per what the little pinout thing on lt1swap says. It doesn't say exactly, maybe a locker or something? All I gather is its for the 4wd, and not used.
