What is your name? John Oliveira

Please share a few things about yourself. (Bio, family, background, hobbies, your favorite pizza topping, your favorite vacation spot, etc)

Happily married man to an awesome woman. Father of two (enough) great kids ... Lil John (10) and Madison (6). I enjoy working on my new home, working on rides, boating, camping, long drives on vacations, and just plain ol being lazy sometimes.

I'm from San Jose California ... born and raised in the SAME HOUSE untill I married my wife, Holli. Just recently purchased a home in Hollister, but heart still in San Jo !!

How long have you owned your truck? About 2-3 years

What made you decide to buy this truck? Well I got turned onto this truck with m first '63, which I had to sell to fund the new home. Could be without, so I found another '63 couple weeks later !!

How do you store your truck, at home, garage, outside etc? What do you enjoy about your truck the most?

Currently, it sits inside my shop, awating it's turn. I love the looks and atention I get when I drive it ... Nice feeling when someone digs your truck, and it's rattlecanned !!

Who or what was your biggest influence in building your truck? -- THIS AWESOME SITE AND ITS MEMBERS !!

What has been the biggest obstacle you have faced in working on your project? How did you/do you handle it? -- Money -- Is it ever handled ??

What/who is you favorite/best part source? -- Ebay/Craigslist LOL !

What are some things have helped your project to be a success? This board, of course.

What is the history behind your truck? -- It's an old paint store truck.

What do you use your truck for? (hauling, cruising, daily driver,shows, drag racing, work truck, mudding etc): -- Driving, Cruising .... soon boating/camping

What is your favorite memory with your truck? -- Trailering it home when I found it

Whats your favorite modification done to truck and why? -- 700r4 behing the stock sixer (mileage)

If you had one thing to do over on your build, what would it be and why? Haven't really started the build yet ...

What are your future plans for your truck? -- Enjoy it someday

What words of advice do you have to people who are just starting out with their project? -- DO NOT DIASSEMBLE IF YOUR NOT FINANCIALLY READY TO START !!!!
