Re: Two tone paint thread

After doing a long image search it seems there are a lot of two tone paint combinations.

1. Roof only white
2. Roof and "D" pillar white
3. Roof and lower body line white
4. Roof all pillars white
5. Roof, all pillars and lower body line white
6. Roof, "D" pillar and lower body line white
7. Roof all pillars and between upper and lower body line trim white (not sure if this is factory though)

Pics in the following posts.

Re: Two tone paint thread

I can't tell the difference between #3 & #6? It could be my computer.

I may have the wrong pic in 6. The difference should be that 6 has the roof and the D pillar white (and the lower body line) while 3 only has the top white along with the lower body line.

I really don’t know which combinations are stock. Seems crazy that there would be so many different options!

That's a cool color combination with the grey and white. I'm planning on doing the medium blue and white in combination "6". Blue base/body/interior with white roof and D pillar and white lower body. My truck will have white bumpers and barn doors. At some point I may put on the lower body moldings. Unfortunately it is still on the rotisserie while fighting with making the body work as perfect as it I can get it. This is what #6 is supposed to look like in my earlier post.

Re: Two tone paint thread

And just to make things more confusing here is a 7th two tone variation!

I get it now. It was my old eyes and the old computer. Thanks for clarification.
I have always loved the blue and white trucks and K models with painted bumpers are the best!

Bumping this as I'd love to see this 569 combination, which I believe is White / Dark Olive / White. My corresponding SPID says 156910.
