Suburban Spid Label Help

I posted this on the Burb board and only had one response so I'm hoping to get more responses here. On the attached Spid does anyone know what the " Superlift Rear Shock " option is, I'm thinking air shocks? Also what is in a "Spring Promotional Package" and it was suggested by 1956Cameo it may be the highlander package. Is the Turbohyramatic transmission a 350 or 400? Lastly it says "Air Conditioning-OV" and the Burb has rear A/C but its not mentionedon the Spid and I'm thinking the OV might mean rear overhead A/C?
I'm getting close to making adeal on this Burb but the seller is being tough with the price.

Re: Suburban Spid Label Help

Ok, here is what I have...

the Air Conditioning option is in fact for rear a/c, hence the "C69" part of the option code, indicating rear aux a/c

Next the spring or special promotion could very well be a highlander package option. The rpo code is just an trim option code.

Lastly, the superlift rear shock is in fact air shocks. GM calls the option code G66 a Manual Air Level Control system, via air shocks.

Seems like a decent 'burb, hope the info I provided helps.....

Re: Suburban Spid Label Help

The M49 trans code was used for both 400 and 350 trans. Since that is a 72 with a 350, probably a 350 trans.

Thanks everyone for your help. With the C69 code being for the rear A/C I'm thinking the front A/C must be part of the Spring Promotiona Package. I'm also wondering if it is a Highlander package if the plaid on the sets would be orange cause all I've ever seen in Highlander packages is blue plaid and I think the orange plaid would be very cool. I guess I could ask the seller but this guy would probably think its worth more if it has the orange plaid seats and he is tough enough ( as I guess I am too ) to deal wirh now.

Re: Suburban Spid Label Help

Where are you seeing a spring package? I see the promo package...
I will still say the trans is a 350 if original and also thought it was odd to not have a gauge package. It could be correct, just odd for that setup. Looks like a nice rig.

Yea, your right I sI just thought of Spring Promotional Package because that is what they called them when I was in the car business in the 80's and 90's. If it had the tach dash it would be awesome but again I'm not going to ask the seller.
