Re: Let's see some 73-87 1 Ton Dually Pictures!

i remember seeing that truck on ebay for about 8k prior to the bags, wheels, air compressor, and engine. 15k sounds reasonable with the labor and parts that went into it

Later model trucks had doors, earlier had the caps. I think doors started around 81. My 78 has the cap, no door, original bed.

Re: Let's see some 73-87 1 Ton Dually Pictures!

Looking for a clean low mileage 73-87 single cab dually 2wd. I'm located in California but if the truck is right I will buy anywhere in the US. Must be clean, real clean.

This thread is full of great looking trucks, and this is a cool site. Glad to be here.

The fuel door was standard across the board with the 1979 model year, gas caps for the earlier years.

It was lowered in the front and rear, but I'm not sure how much. It has drop spindles in front and drop shackles in the rear. The truck had to have a narrower rearend and the bed floor cut to tuck the tires in the rear. He actually bought a Dana 60 from me that came out from under a '67 GMC 3/4 ton truck and that's what is under it. It has American Force adapters on it along with turned the 22.5" rims.
