72 K20, swap out the 350 for a BB468, bolt right in?

Just wondering, I have a 468/450HP sitting on a stand in my garage waiting for a candidate. Found a 72 K20 with a 350/350 in it. I'd like to just shoe horn the BB in it, my question is...it that a straight forward swap or am I going to have distributor, header and other problems. Trying to do a bit of homework before I pull the trigger on the K20
Thanks
