1960-66 parts from big stash

Been playing with 60-66 trucks for 18 yrs and got a bunch of left-over stuff that came in a big pile of 60-66 parts I bought from a guy recently - do not need over 1/2 of this stuff - maybe someone else does.

1) gas tank supports w/ straps rust / rot free = 20.00 (pair)

2) small back glass = 20.00 (clear)

3) kick panel vent housings w/ vents = 20.00 (pair)

4) 60-66 cowl extensions = 20.00 (pair)

5) 60-66 wiper cowl panel = 20.00

I have bunches of other stuff - will post other stuff separately as I get pictures taken or feel free to inquire if you are hunting something - I probably have it

Shipping will have to be added to the above prices based on your zip code but will only be exactly whatever it actually costs me - FedEx, USPS, Parcel post, whatever you want. I take Paypal, Money Order, Check, Cash etc

Re: 1960-66 parts from big stash

let me get them boxed and weighed - won't be much at all if we send them USPS Parcel post - would expect around 15.00 to 18.00 or less for all of it, but lets check to make sure. Will PM you with correct shipping total. Thanks!

Re: 1960-66 parts from big stash

I need lots of things for my 1966, but I'll keep it short for now. I'm interested in both door windows if they are not scratched. Vent window assemblies if they are not damaged. How about a complete body wiring harness that has all the connectors and sockets? Dash cluster, with guages are preferred, but will idiot lights are okay. Ignition switch, cigarette lighter, wiper switch, hi/lo switch, choke cable, heater controls.

I am sorry Chad, I only have a small rear glass right now. Not sure if you have a "home owned" glass shop nearby or not, but I recently went to mine and told him I needed door and vent glass and he just cut it from patterns all glass shops have access to - the wide back window is just a simple piece of flat glass - nothing special at all - will be cheaper than paying shipping if you just have one cut....

I am sorry 64GMCHorsepower; the doors you see in the pic are 60-63 style and I sold them a few weeks back. Hard to find any nice 64-66 doors these days....wish I could help

I have some of this stuff - I must say though, after 18 yrs of fooling with 60-66's I have yet to ever find original glass with no scratches - you will be happier if you take your tracks and vent frames to the local glass shop and get them to cut new pieces and re-install them for you - this is pretty cheap most of the time. I just paid like 34.00 including a pattern fee at my glass shop and they did me two tinted wing vent glasses and installed them in my restored frames. Not too bad.....
As for the other parts, let me look around - I will post a pic of the deluxe heater controls you asked about - got that on hand and easy to grab. Will have to hunt the rest - its around here somewhere

Re: 1960-66 parts from big stash

I have a 60 so would be interested in any parts you have that are different than later models. Let me know what you have.
Wiring harness for interior w/ fuse blocks would be really nice.
Because of weight if you're close to UPS that'd probably be cheaper.
Thanks,
Vickie

ok - fedex says 20.00 ought to do it - actually says 2 business days to get to you which is pretty fast - prefer money order or personal check but if you would rather can do paypal....just let me know....

hey vickie - i have quite a few parts for 60-62 trucks, and do have a wiring harness, but just brought it back from storage and need to go over it to see what is or is not cut or buggered....if its all ok and not cut up it will make you a good harness maybe....more shortly.

I have door panels, 3 speed columns, hood pods, real nice steel 60 grille, windshield chrome, some non-chrome rimmed (plain) interior knobs, steering wheels (plain and deluxe), seat, and all kinds of other stuff left over for a 1960. Will trade too - you may have 1960 parts i need?

If you have a partial set of chrome windshield trim, I would be interested in at least one of the clips that covers the joints.

I don't think I have any spare windshield clips, but seems like LMC, Jim Carter Truck parts or the Truck Shop in Orange CA has them - I may be wrong but I think they are reproduced....

OK - checked that harness and it looks pretty good - its such a squirrel nest of wires I couldn't tell everything about it, but looks to be complete w/ ignition switch, cig lighter and all plugs in tact. I did see one or two wires with newer terminal ends on them, but overall I think this will work - I can send it to you in a flat-rate box from USPS for 15.00 and if you like and want to keep it, you can pay me whatever you think its worth....sound fair?

Send me a PM and I will give you my address to send a money order or personal check for the shipping amount, and I'll get it sent your way....Thanks!

Does it have the fuse blocks also? Mine has the main block and then a smaller one to the left, which burned up. Also do you have engine compartment wiring?
Heres pics of fuse blocks:

This harness is out of a 62 - so it has the benefit of having all the 60-61 type connectors, but connected to a single block like a 63-66 has - has all the fuses too.....a better replacement for a 60-61 in my opinon

Don't think I have the engine bay wiring but know where a couple trucks are that do - will go look and see what I can dig up for you

I think I have a spare somewhere, but in the meantime I did find my complete set of deluxe 64-66 knobs so I am going to post that set for sale and if you want the set as a means of getting the cig lighter in that group, then cool, but if not I can come up with you just the cig knob itself - just don't want to break up my set - watch for it shortly
