Burb rear window switch

Anyone know how to remove the rear window switch from a 76 burb?
Single switch, with a small plastic surround.

Crawling underneath I can see two screws/nuts that have no access front the front.

I'm trying to diagnose 1.) Rear window switch not functioning 2.) cigarette lighter has no power 3.) interior floor light not functioning
these all seem to use the same "orage w/black stripe" wire...

thanks!
Nick
