Hard Tops/Soft Tops

I've been kicking around the idea for a long time of selling my hard top and going strictly with a soft topper. It would need a fair amount of work to get it to where I want it for starters. On top of that, I don't really have a great place to store it and it's just a hassle dealing with it IMO. I'm all but convinced to go through with it but wanted to see what others thought as I have that nagging feeling not to do it. I don't plan to ever sell my truck but I keep thinking that if for some reason things got to be an issue that it would be nice to have, especially since single wall tops are getting harder to find.

So what do you guys think? Keep? Sell? What are they going for these days (I'll become a supporting member if I decide to sell - don't worry there mods)?
