Re: 72 blazer - 1st one wish me luck

So I found this truck in a field. the guy wanted to use it as a farm truck but after some time, it would not start and then sat for a couple of years. Picked it up for $550. My cousin Burt and i towed it home, put in a new starter and a fuel pump and it started right up! Whatever was living in the muffler doesnt have a nest anymore! Its kind of funny to look through everyone's threads and see truck after truck with the same rust spots and issues. people are doing some awesome work.

meanwhile, we dropped the tank last night as it is rotted out. we are going to start taking panels off and the floor...ill get some pics up as we go. Anyone know if the gas tanks on LMC are legit?? it looks like its the same thing online but you can never actually tell. anyone know?
thanks
