Stall Speed - Daily Driver

I'm picking up a new crate motor from Jegs

http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet-Perf...429K2/10002/-1

I'm running the stock th350 and gears. Do you think its necessary to install a new torque converter and if so, what stall speed would you recommend?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan
