no help from main board

I am looking for someone that can give me a reference point on frame rails. If you lay a straight edge from center of 1 upper ball joint to the other, where does it cross the frame rail. I only have a bare frame and ready to weld in a new Scotts ifs. In order to place new suspension in correct place I need center line of front suspension. This is for a 1968 c10 Thanks
