Upper control arm bolt

I found that my upper control arm nut has completely unthreaded and come off. I donít know if itís possible for the rod to completely come out but I think God that it didnít fall apart on the freeway. Does anyone know where I can get this nut and and what it should be torqued to? Also should I put some locktight on it or something to keep this from happening again? If nobody can tell me where to get one can somebody tell me what size it is and if a grade eight nut will do the trick. I looked on the LMC website and Classic Industries but could only find a kit for the entire shaft and bushings and nuts but I think I only need the nut. I also checked the Napa website.

Forgot to mention that it is a 77 c10 cross member that is on my 62 c10
