fusible link?

Hi guys, Have a question on my 84 C10. From the block on the firewall there is a red wire with a fusible link and after it split into two wires. Where does the two wires go to? Thanks

One of them goes to the starter. I don't remember where the other one goes.

Depending on which one it is... Some people have just one and some have two. It should go to starter and battery side terminal of the alternator could go to the battery or it could also go to relay on the fan if so equipped with one.
