same but different? more orangeish red, with the white roof. it had white below thw woodgrain before but i think the white walls will take care of that now. my wife was on me about a family toy, not another bar hopper bike or race car. your build turned me on to the suburbans. i have always ha these trucks, and these complement them nice. thanks!

i bailed on the stock 350 and found a sb 400 with the same cast dates as the 350. looks like she will wear 8/400 badges on the front fenders. its going to be a driver and i plan on towing with it.

Cool truck. My humble opinion would be that it's a perfect crewcab donor truck since it's solid and there might not be a ton of people looking to restore a raised roof conversion Suburban. I'd buy it, but only to convert it back to a stock roof or to chop it into a crewcab.
