which 67 4-spd tranny is this

It's a 67 3/4 ton 4x4. 4 spd granny, reverse is to the driver side and down (toward back of truck.)

I am not sure what it is, but it is the same one that is in my '67 C-20. It is stock and has a different shift pattern than my '71 with the 4 speed.

I am sure others will post the number.

I have that trans out of a 67 chev half. It is in my shop, I can get the numbers in the AM.

It maybe a SM-420, I saw this on another thread.

Yes, it should be a SM420. 67 was the last year for that one.

Thanks all. I've had some 60's and 70's Chevy, Ford and IH, this is a first for this tranny for me.
