According to Hagerty, Suburbans are moving up on the hottest collector list!

Thought this was cool, and wanted to share.

Meh, land yachts. Aerodynamic as a brick, poor mileage. I've got a 91 I'm slowing restoring, but I don't forsee a huge surge with price of fuel. They may be trying to manipulate the market. Newer platform with an Ls engine already in place...maybe

Many folks thought I was nuts when telling them the 1988 Suburban was getting redone. Kept saying to them, you don't see good examples anymore, they all have either rotted in the ground, been beat to crap or used for parts to fix up trucks and Blazers.

The 1986 K30 was done about 7 years ago.

At least, I can tell the wife we can break even on the cost of the restores now.
