Fan Shroud Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

My truck is not anywhere near stock. It's a Frankenstein (83 burb frame, 72 gmc body, tbi 350).

I don't have a fan shroud and I'm having a hard time finding a "custom" or "universal" one to work with the mechanical fan. I don't wanna settle for one of the jegs one that doesn't cover the whole core.

I've considered going electric but in the interest of my wallet I just wanna try to find a decent shroud for the mechanical fan.

Anyone have any experience or advice? All input is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Doyle

Re: Fan Shroud Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

Check LMC for fan shrouds. They seem to have the best price and I used one for a SB with A/C from them and it was good quality. Part number 32-2825 which is $60 plus shipping.

Or a cheaper electric option (I used the shroud I referenced above for this).

Take a walk through a junkyard.

I'm kinda like duct tape- no real purpose, but handy to have around.

Re: Fan Shroud Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

In the mid 80's I got a late 70's GM shroud to adapt between the 59 radiator and SBC. Had to trim a little and make side fillers.
