Not Factory, but not one of those new ones either. Its a single wall top that really looks good and like it was Factory.

That does look good! I once considered doing a similar mod to the top on a parts truck I had, except I was going to leave the back open, just as sort of a 'hard' bikini top. Never got around to it though and sold the parts rig.
