Speedometer cable length

Hey guys,

I've got my project up and running and have put a few hundred miles on it, so i suppose it's time to order a speedometer cable. My question is does anyone know what length I need? It's a 70 chevy 350/350 np205 in stock location. I would just measure but the truck is about an hour away and I was wanting to get this ordered here in the next few days.

Help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Kevin

Re: Speedometer cable length

I bought one for my suburban k20 last week from auto zone and it looks short.
I have not yet tried it on the truck, I have double checked it so I got the right one.
