I know this is an old post, but to fit the Camaro wheels on, do you need 2" thick spacers? All i can seem to find is 1.25" thick. 1984 Chevy Scottsdale

yes.If you go any thinner in the front then the spindle nut cover will not allow the wheels to seat fully. These are the ones Im using.

Just a testament to their durability, I lost control on the 1-2 shift about a week ago and slammed my truck into a curb sideways....Broke chunks out of both of the camaro wheels on passenger side and tore holes in the tires and these spacer adapters held up. that was alot of force exerted and not so much as a crack or loose wheel stud. Im impressed.

No problem brother. And crap happens. I'll get my buddy to weld some material on the lip, then I'll grind em out and paint them flat black. 😉

What's the best way to make this work swapping over from a 6 lug setup?

I've got some 5gh Gen Z28 wheels I want to run and don't an to toss the Baer brake system I'm running.

If I can simply swap to a 5 lug rotor and run a spacer, I'd be all over it.

Thumbs up from me. I saw them on another truck and the did not look so good. Maybe it is cause your truck is lower.

They look way better than the 90s 5 stars you had on it previously... it just slightly updates the look of the truck without looking too radical... my .02

if 1 or 2 inches of overall diameter were taken off the rims and replaced with sidewall, i think it would be smokin

Re: 2010 Camaro Wheels on Lowered C10

i'm with you school boy, the camaro rims are nice, but i dig the 5 stars better(but flip the white lettering out of site). has a no nonsense look to it (camaro rims make it look an oversized hot wheel)
dont always need to be updated or new to run with the crowds- old skool is cool skool

Re: 2010 Camaro Wheels on Lowered C10

thanks guys for the honest opinions. idk, I just cringe every time I go into the garage. I do have a friend that may buy them or trade a set of 17 inch torque thrust off his 95. if I sell them, I think a satin aluminum 15x8's will find their way on it. maybe a set of outlaw II's. I guess im just a 90's guy. btw, the other wheels came on the truck.

Re: 2010 Camaro Wheels on Lowered C10

I like them OK but they make the truck look taller. If you could lower it more and tuck some rim it would look better. Or go back to 15's. Rally's maybe?
