What are these screws for?

I am going through some bags of old Suburban parts. I can't remember what these phililps head screws are for. I saved all the rest of the stuff together, if that helps. There are an even dozen of them. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: What are these screws for?

Those are for the door latches.
The other hardware is for the tail gate. Latch, and access hole covers.
The plastic plugs, are to cover access holes though out the interior.

All of that stuff is valuable to Burb owners, since none of that stuff is reproduced. (The door latch screws are, but they are not a perfect match to the OEM's).
