Re: How many father & son teams on the board?

My son Mark (reaper71) has a 53 AD and I have my 50 AD. Mark works out of my shop and does great work on all types of projects. Check out his build threads. I help as he needs it, which isn't often. I'm doing some work on mine now, due to a deer....Jim

Re: How many father & son teams on the board?

Not exactly a team up until the last couple of years, but my son has my truck back down in Savannah, Ga at his shop to convert it to a BBW and do some other things. I told him to do anything to it he wanted to do. His wife drives a really nice 69 Camaro that my son built for her, and she loves my truck. When I get to where I can't, or don't want to keep it any longer I will just give it to her.

Re: How many father & son teams on the board?

I consider myself the son and grandson continuing the hobby. My daughter is a Mustang girl, and great Son in Law is showing signs of coming around. I still have a grandson to convert, he is two, and loves all things mechanical so far.

Re: How many father & son teams on the board?

My dad is absolutely the reason I'm messing with my heaps. I lost my dad a little over a year ago to cancer, but can say I had 37 years of hot rod fun with him. We did everything car related together, it was time truly cherished. Now I'm hopeful my daughter will want to get into this hobby when shes a bit older. Only time will tell.
