yes ...if you have bare metal it needs epoxy primer on it...then you can do the body work

I went back and looked at your previous statement yes you can put the epoxy primer over whatís left of the old primer. A DA would probably be a little faster but they also use a lot of air donít know how big your compressor is. Another idea you may try, if you have a heat gun heat the paint to soften it up and then use a razor blade scraper you can takeoff a lot of paint in a short period of time wonít work everywhere but great for big flat areas, then come back over it with your sander.
