Here's how it looks under the lights in my garage, quite different than the photos shot at the paint shop.

I picked up the box sides, tail gate, rear sill, box front panel, cowl vent panel and the filler that goes between the bumper and grille surround from the painter. The timing was perfect, I'm going to jam and get the non-truck projects done around the house tomorrow so I can assemble the box on Sunday...

Working on the bed wood today. I repolished the SS bed strips and treated the topside of the boards with a coat of Insulator Wax. I’m going to coat the bottom side with some roll on bed liner...

Bed liner on the bottom of the bed wood, it makes an attractive and low maintenance finish...

I picked up more parts tonight and checked out the cab which Bryan finished buffing today, I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. He said the hood and front fenders will be done Monday or Tuesday so the '58 should be home by this time next week.

In the meantime, more pictures...

Really great details and the bedliner on the bottom of the boards is a good idea. Good protection and a clean look. Nice!
