should have spot welds on the top also. why not just patch the rusted areas and leave the rest?

Well, that was my plan but there is small pinholes in areas across this thing and i just figured it was better to replace it all. Now that I'm looking at it, it might be a lot easier to just cut and patch as needed

Are the spot welds on the top, down in the valley on the roof? Right now it has seam sealer or something up there so I can't see the spot welds

should have spots welds on top along the edge between the roof and windshield pinch weld, i use a wire wheel to "spot" them
