Close to extreme bend tow hooks?
Saw these on a old Howe fire truck. They look similar to extreme bends, didn't have a tape to measure holes.

I have seen some on the rear of school buses that are very similar, but I have never seen the real thing in person myself.

I think those are the standard, still buy them today for about $20-$30. (not in chrome however.) Extremes bolt sideways through the frame. Those are a top or bottom mount.
