1963 chevy c10 6 lug front hub assembly

I've had my 63 Chevy for about three months now. I thought the right front wheel was Locking up a little. I jacked it up and the wheel was about ready to come off. One of the bearings inside the hub assembly pretty much blew apart, destroying the hub in the process. I'm not having any luck locally or online finding a replacement hub. Does anybody know if other years are interchangeable? Eventually I'm going to swap out the front crossmember to a 73 - 87 five lug c10. Just trying to get this thing back on the road as soon as possible to enjoy it before the snow hits. Thanks in advance for any info.

The hub should be the same '63-'70. If you can not find one local, I can fix you up with one.
